Damages, Issues, Returns, and Refunds

In the event your package arrives damaged, defective, and broken, please email us pictures or video to and in the subject of your email include your order number, name, and telephone number. Once you have sent us these details, our customer support team will contact you with the next 24 to 48 hours.
